The characteristics of the Ideaterrazas balcony glazing system make the balcony an indoor place outdoors and vice versa. One of the big advantages with the system is the various opening possibilities it offers. When the glass panels are all closed, it beautifies the building with a transparent enclosure and protects you from bad weather. When the panels are all open you can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine just as if the balcony had never been glazed.

The patented horizontal gearing and profile structure enables the glass panels to slide smoothly, pass corners and to open inwards for ventilation and cleaning.

IDEAterrazas balcony glazing system is designed to withstand the force of strong winds. Due to the profile rigidity and the materials used it´s possible to glaze almost all balconies without any extra modifications. This terrace enclosure does not have any vertical frames and it´s almost invisible. The Ideaterrazas  balcony glazing system uses 6, 8 or 10 mm tempered security glass. The system has many different advantages: it reduces the noise, wind, rain and dust, and it reduces the heating costs. The idea of this system is the use of an upper and an lower aluminium profile and everything between these profiles is tempered security glass. All parts are weather proof. The UV-protected plastic strips between the glass panels makes the system almost hermetic, in the summertime you can take the strips off and the glazing will look more transparent. The most important safety requirements for balcony glazing systems without vertical frames are wind load and impact resistance. The CE mark indicates the products conformity with the all the essential safety requirements set out in European Directives. All requirements are fulfilled when worked according to the ISO 9001 quality system.
